Diapers for the D is a project by local high school students and the Detroit Police Department, sponsored by Development Centers, to collect diapers or money to purchase diapers!

- Clean diapers help prevent diaper rash and keep babies happy
- Most babies go through 8-10 diapers per day, costing families $80 per month
- 3 in 5 parents miss work or school because they can't access childcare without providing a supply of diapers for their infant or toddler
- over 70,000 babies in Detroit need diapers!
